Review of Louisiana Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program - Bureau of Emergency Medical Services

Executive Summary

The Bureau of Emergency Medical Services improperly claimed $337,000 in undocumented and unauthorized Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program funds. In addition, the State agency claimed $197,000 in undocumented costs, which we are setting aside for further review by the Health Resources and Services Administration.
