Review of Oxaliplatin Billing at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada for Calendar Year 2004

For calendar year 2004, University Medical Center of Southern Nevada billed Medicare for an incorrect number of service units for the two oxaliplatin outpatient claims that we reviewed and received an overpayment of approximately $22,000.
