Central City Concern, a Health Resources and Services Administration Grantee, Claimed Some Inadequately Documented Costs Under the Recovery Act
During calendar year 2009, the Health Resources and Services Administration awarded Central City Concern (Central City) approximately $9.6 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) funds. Of the $5.1 million of Central City's costs that we reviewed, $5 million was allowable in accordance with the terms of the Recovery Act grants and applicable Federal requirements. However, Central City claimed approximately $98,000 in inadequately documented costs for one grant.
