AbleLight Agreed to Pay $361,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Personal Care Services Without Verifications

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, AbleLight Inc. (AbleLight), Watertown, Wisconsin, entered into a $361,952.61 settlement agreement with OIG.
