The Josselyn Center Agreed to Pay $20,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Services Not Provided

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, The Josselyn Center, NFP (Josselyn), Northbrook, Illinois, entered into a $20,000 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Josselyn submitted claims for therapy services by a certified counselor which were not provided.
